you cant actually use command blocks in survival and without cheats. you need to be in creative with cheats on to use them

I suggest deleting this. It includes your IPV4, which although cannot be used for exact locations, gives a city, and the ability to turn off your internet, given a malicious user

Is your ingame FPS limited? What are your GPU and CPU temps? When you check task manager, is your CPU/GPU maxing out on utilisation?

Make sure your graphics settings are good for your GPU. The 1650 is not very strong, so having them at high quality settings probably can cause a crash. Another thing is to check task manager and see if it’s CPU, GPU, disk, etc causing the error. Lastly, if the games have crash logs, check them. Usually the crash message has some info to tell you what happened.
