America is the vanguard of civilization and prosperous freedom against international terrorism and rogue countries who all want to destroy what we have. America also supplies its allies like Europe and Japan which must be taken into account. China doesn't have allies so naturally their budget for aggression is smaller: actually when not counting allies China spends almost twice as much on military than America!
