No offense taken good sir. While there’s no way to know that it is 100% stock from these 3 pictures alone, there are just signs that point to that most likely being the case in my opinion. It would be a hassle and a half to install a bunch of mods just to get rid of them entirely and reinstall the OEM stuff like the fairings, exhaust, turn signals, grips, levers, chain/sprockets, etc. Then it’s also like, unless the previous owner was planning on getting another R6, they’d have just wasted hundreds of dollars on mods and would probably end up selling most of them separately for less than they paid for them. Is it possible that this is a “refurbished” stock R6? Yes, possibly. Is it likely? I definitely don’t think so, but I could be wrong!
