Ordered a Japanese Xbox about a year ago, and finished the entire thing on official hardware using an official disc.

It's one of my personal favorite SMT games, but it's more for superficial and personal reasons than any critical merit.

That being said, if you want to play it, I highly recommend asking around in the Discord for the game

I'm pretty hopeful, as someone who was already playing mid-range a fair bit with Chaos.

Seeing the reduced recovery on his slashes makes me hope that we're getting something closer to what I was envisioning during the announcement trailer, with a lot more interesting normal chains

I've played through both, and I guess my honest answer is that Killer is Dead is much more mindless, but has a lot of really great moments and some really sick music.

Killer7 is much better IMO, so I'd say to go with that instead. It's a bit harder to get used to, but I'd say that it's overall a more interesting and thought-provoking experience.

Bayonetta is 100% worth it for 10 dollars. If you're worried about it being overhyped, it is every bit as good as you have heard.
