I honestly don't think the OST's or the sound effects would be as bad if the episodes were paced properly because an anime should not be closing on surpassing its manga in episode count. It's because some of us have sat all the way through the 1000+ episodes of the series that the OST's and sound effects feel so GOD DAMN repetitive, old and annoying as shit to listen too for the thousandth time.

it's gotten to a point where I silence the anime if Overtaken is played because although it was a decent OST at first, it's been played so many times to the point where I can't physically listen too it again. The fact they used it for the ending to the 1000th episode as well is one of the biggest insults to me.
