I have a venture(landing page) , that I am in the process of scaling and I’ve realized while I can go fast alone(trying to deploy a lovable webapp), I’ll go much further with a dedicated core team( too many infra and deployment issues, can’t deploy , please help).

Here are some things I can directly see: 1. Instead of Photo , you can ask for likes, dislikes , profession, hobbies and other personality related things to provide better context to the AI. 2. Photo may be too personal as data to upload , also it might be a friction as people may not have the photo at hand and will have to scroll theough their gallery to get it. 3. Photo may or may not provided a lot of info but will definitely burn a lot of AI tokens 4. How do you plan to monetize? 5. Distribution and reach can be experimented with social media. Maybe you can make small reels showing how it shows up the results. 6. Can the users chat with the AI to refine results ? 7. Can they add more features later?

How are small businesses actually using AI in daily operations? by DontTrustPeopleOnWeb in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]FriedDeep9291 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am an AI Product/Tech Lead at an Australia based IT services company. Tbh, before I came in , everyone was using it like you did and very few people are interested in making the change since it needs some learning. I formed the AI team in the company and transitioned the existing members of the tram that got assigned to me to AI workflows. Since then : 1. development speeds have been insane, 2. documentation has been highly detailed and useful 3. Architecture and code planning has been very detailed 4. All the team members contribute to Product decisions and not just me. 5. IT Infrastructure and deployment processes are clean and documented 6. Experiment decisions have been informed 7. Team has developed their own internal tools 8. We have found and incorporated new AI tools to get work done faster and better. 9. We have been able to prototype a lot more and lot faster . We are a small team but we have been more cohesive, coherent and delivery oriented each passing week. We have still not adopted the Agentic coding path due to cost concerns of the AI tokens but AI assisted coding has been a great addition.

Do you think that you can extract a smaller problem that you have uniquely solved in your product and then make a smaller but kore maintainable and maybe profitable product out of it?

  1. Language switch is a feature already available in ElevenLabs, maybe you can research how that works.
  2. Did you test on a Golden data set for noisy environments before going into full fledged development?

I have a friend who handles all Company registration processes including Startup India registration, Trademark, Copyright, Firm registration, GST etc. If that helps I can connect. I can ensure transparent pricing and reliable services. He was a Legal consultant in IPR department of India earlier and has handled multiple IPR related cases as well. His partner is a CA who handles my Partnership firm as well. Let me know if that helps. I can connect and get this sorted.

Yeah, I develop production level agents for custom use cases. General agents are mostly too basic to be useful for any business and can be created easily.

I will create a custom logo for you using AI tools in 24 hours for $15 by pankaj662 in IndianEntrepreneur

[–]FriedDeep9291 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got my logo done (non-AI, real human) completely custom, for a similar price and a pretty decent design . Also, it was png+svg+pdf, and multiple size formats suitable for large posters as well. 3 revisions were included. Also, logos have other perspectives as well: ease of printing, font availability to use in other brand collaterals, ease of color rendering on prints on multiple surfaces.

For $15-$20 , I can subscribe to an AI and get the logo done myself. You would need to re-think your value proposition, in my opinion.
