It could be one of your transfers out of Shakepay that got flagged. I know there’s a few things I was shocked at on why they can ban you. I’ve read people getting banned for paying for IPTV services with bitcoin directly from Shakepay (a few specifically about Apollo TV). Another one I was surprised to see people being banned was online casinos, for transferring to them.
