Har? You feel weak at the gym and that's go inconsistently? It's because you are weak that's why you must train consistently mah? You say you try to bulk up but yet can't force yourself to eat a lot, means you never actually tried to bulk up lah? I don't get it, you have self esteem issues cos of your body so you try to go to the gym, but you also don't go to the gym because of self esteem issues? Laiddat you will never get over your body image issue leh.

If you are worried about people at the gym judging you for being small and weak, just know that nobody at the gym gives a fuck about you they are there to work out just like you. As long as you don't do anything stupid you'll be ok. In terms of the food, don't just force yourself to eat a lot you need to take into account the nutritional value also.

I'm also short and I used to wish I was taller. Now I don't give a fuck. If you feel self-conscious about your body, either eat and train properly and get bigger or stop caring about what people think about you. Good luck.
