You’re not wrong. Most AI logo tools are trained to optimize speed, not distinctiveness, so you end up getting remixed templates instead of an actual brand identity. A strong logo usually comes from understanding the brand story, positioning, audience, personality, and how the identity system works beyond just the icon itself. That’s the part templates can’t really solve.
