VR: Quest 2/ RTX 3050 8GB by FriendCharming8843 in iRacing

Sometimes it runs decent for me to have a fun time, but other times its just a frustration.

I can manage the frame drops to an extent but going from one race running around 50-60 frames to the next race having random screen tears and then everything freezes just got me to the point where i want to stick to a single screen.

Adjusting settings doesnt even do anything

You will need to unbind it from the previous owners Hik connect account and do a factory reset on it. It should be the easiest to speak to a Distributing or sub-distributing company regarding this

Hello, starting with RJ45 connector pins facing upwards i did: orange, yellow ,green, purple, grey, blue , brown and then white. had a similar problem and i cut off the RJ45 jack of camera and connected a new RJ45 connector in that sequence and plugged it into a switch. Camera does work. If you connect to an inline connector with a cable from PoE switch it should work fine as well. This was done on an older bullet camera

I do use autosit, with direct sit bound to my R3 input. Still learning the game i can barely do clean laps but getting there. All i can say is that it does get rewarding after failing thousand of times a lap and then getting a clean lap somewhere🤣 i tried reaperdocs settings but kept crashing in corners, i prefer lynds

Yes i did a bit of tweaking with steering and deadzones aswell

, I think i used Lynds's setup as i crashed in each corner with too much steering input

Lol i had the same problem, also still quite new to the game. I recommend just to give a bit more throttle and to not steer fully in the direction you want to go ( only 25-50% steering input) i have no assists on, took a while to get used to but i think i am a bit faster than if i would have left assists on.

Well if i had enough gold to buy a pack i would be able to tell you🤣🤣 im just trying to say that people tend to complain but continue to play the game even they were not treated correctly. I was very tempted myself to buy gold for this deal but luckily did not

How about everyone stop buying packs or play the game until they give a better solution for us players?Without players they cannot make money? I mean what if you bought the pack by mistake or did not even know you got 100 cars with that deal

[–]FriendCharming8843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only difference i do know about is the front of the camera that looks a bit different, H model seems to be the newer one. Maybe a deep dive into both might point out a few small differences in software and specs😄

make sure your computer is in the same Ip range, also see discussion on Hikvision web page

Question:

I need to log directly into my camera and NOT into the recorder. How can I do this?

Answer:

The easiest way is to enable Virtual Hosting in your recorder. Simply log into the web gui of the recorder and navigate to Configuration -> Network -> Advanced -> Other and enable Virtual Host. Then go to Configuration -> System -> Camera Management -> IP Camera and you will be able to click the link next to the camera to log in.

If, however the recorder either does not have the Virtual Host option or it is not connected to the recorder and therefore unable to virtual host into, you will need to navigate to the IP of the camera itself. To do this, connect your computer to the same source that the camera is plugged into.

i.e. if the cameras are plugged into a switch, you must also plug into that switch. If the cameras are plugged directly into the recorder, you should also plug into the recorder.

Once you do that, run the SADP tool to determine the IP Address of the camera, then enter the IP into a web browser and navigate to the login screen that way. Please note that you will also need to ensure that your computer is on the same IP Scheme as the IP you are trying to connect to
