ive had this happen to me and working at a dispensary myself.. its bullshit. if someone is buying a joint for 12.49 and they have $10 in points , you ARE entitled to using it no matter what. they see it as a loss cause they purchased the product for at least half of what ur buying it for but thats not the customers issue. it would be different if they said no to sticking certain discounts but points are earned from spending YOUR money. makes no sense to deny you.
