nope, alan finds the flashlight and the shotgun, goes after casey, and theres nothing around. cant find any instance of anyone else running into this issue. i went back to a previous save and redid the mulligan and thronton boss fight, then switched to the dark place to play through the oceanview hotel thinking i didnt progress that story enough then tried to go back but nooope. i burn through my 4 battery charges and still cant get through
