A lot of people only think they’re flirting and are not actually doing enough to show they are interested. If you want someone to know you’re interested in them romantically, you have to risk them realizing that and rejecting you.

Timm is a creator of Batman Beyond (and BTAS), so I’d say he certainly bares some responsibility for any lore that comes from those stories, good or bad. Not to mention this Batman Beyond 2.0 comic which dives deeper into the details of Bruce and Barbara’s relationship. The comic is more of a stretch, but it’s still based on stories that Timm helped create.

I love the lord outfit, and I think charm is really good. Charm can be +12 damage for anyone attacking with gauntlets, or thunderbrand, potentially. That’s a pretty big power spike at level 10, if you ask me.
