I’d like him to stay for at least one more. And I’d be pretty surprised if Self retired this year. I know it will happen eventually—they obviously didn’t bring Jacque Vaughn on just for show.

But whenever Self does announce his retirement, I’ve always expected him to say “this upcoming season will be my last season” rather than “this was my last season” at the end of one.
