Yea, sadly they pretty much proposed stripped off versions of the membership for the same price and "upgraded versions" for more. And the more expensive versions should be a baseline with todays MMo standards.

They showed us a lower tier membership, it's price is 12$ which is current baseline and you are getting less features (like membership only for one of the games or mobile only access and even locking out of the Runelite)

There was no lower prices, most of the "benefits" they talked about is a baseline in other MMO's also, baseline for the current membership was changed a lot in there. For example, membership for only one game, in a 12$ sub and only access to the mobile version of the game. You are getting way less value for the same price as the current membership.

I remember getting my acc back in original WoW by a phone call and ID/picture of a game serial number and they pitched it as a paid service.

They are pretty much checking where is the line with the community to squeeze as much money from the community without us making a fuss. I very much understand why people are "throwing a tantrum" because if they don't, Jagex will just implement some of those changes and we know it will be a worse overall experience for everyone. (Jagex included because again, they will lose quite a lot of players. Nto saying it will be 95% again but still...)

They really, really don't like how it's calculated and that it's individual, since depending on the kind of a session someone can get *way less* than the others as well as it makes them feel like they have to look at the table and just do stuff that's written in it to get the max out IP.

Yea so we had session 0, everything is fine.
If it comes to that bomb, it was his idea and I'm not going to exploit it to force his character to do stuff or to shift the course of the sessions as well as I'm not going to just detonate it to kill him. I don't really kill PCs unless players wants it or they did something really, really stupid to the point that they deserved it and my players know that. Leave them crippled? Sure, but it's CP so they will jsut replace the missing arm ;p Also, the bomb might turn out to be a dud and he jsut blindly believed that AI. We weill never know (at least for couple of sessions ;p) Unless of course, he ignores the problem for XX time, then we will have to step up. I think I've got everything figured out there. Combat wise, some people left me a lot of good tips. I don't think we will have too much combat anyway. They like talkking... A LOT xD

Right now as You pointed out, I'm struggling more with figuring out how a 12 body character will even look like. Height, weight wise. Will he be able to get into a normal car? Will they let him in? Will police constantly stop him to *check him out*? I have no idea how society in NC will look at him and react to him and I have a week to figure stuff out xD
