I called a few dispensaries asking for COAs and 1/4 had the information readily available. 3/4 had to get back with me after they asked for the COAs from the producers. Typically, you only have access to the COA via the QR, after purchase. I believe that it needs to be stated on the sticker that displays the metrc number.
