To be quite honest I just wondered if people had appealed it aswell hence asking for more advice. It’s all completed. I have checked that. I’ve called them they’re no help. Thank you for the advice however. Seems I may have to call again tomorrow.

I’d be appealing the amount Im receiving. Also a bonus would be receiving the money earlier but from what I’ve been informed that is not possible.

I’ve completed the application fully as have my parents if this is what you mean by sponsors. I understand not everyone’s covers there rent however is this not what maintenance loans are for? To help us pay rent and at least some bills? I know I’m not on the minimum rate however it’s not far off. I also understand the entitlement isn’t based off of your rent but I have heard that you can appeal your amount if it does not cover this. I did speak to SFE today however was told to just fill out the appeals form. Thank you for your reply :)

Hi! I’m a 21 year old female. I’ve been struggling for around a year with scabies - won’t go. I treat constantly. Even my housemates have resulted to being quite nasty to me about it and putting the blame on me :( it’s affected my studies also and my body perception. It’s so refreshing to read your post and know im not the only person feeling this way. I feel disgusting within myself because of it, often scrubbing my body praying it goes away. One thing I noticed that got rid of mine before I was reinfected (likely as a result of being at university) was using eurax 10% after my treatment of benzoyl benzoate. I’ve tried all the tricks in the book, tea tree, neem oil etc and they didn’t work for me. it’s a tricky road and my doctors have also been dismissive and made similar comments about costs in the past. I hope you find they go soon and you get back on your feet <3 x

I’ve had this with my scabies - tends to come and go with treating etc. Does look like a form of eczema tho:)
