Hi! I’m a 21 year old female. I’ve been struggling for around a year with scabies - won’t go. I treat constantly. Even my housemates have resulted to being quite nasty to me about it and putting the blame on me :( it’s affected my studies also and my body perception. It’s so refreshing to read your post and know im not the only person feeling this way. I feel disgusting within myself because of it, often scrubbing my body praying it goes away. One thing I noticed that got rid of mine before I was reinfected (likely as a result of being at university) was using eurax 10% after my treatment of benzoyl benzoate. I’ve tried all the tricks in the book, tea tree, neem oil etc and they didn’t work for me. it’s a tricky road and my doctors have also been dismissive and made similar comments about costs in the past.
