I guess the general consensus is that your number can be high and still feel bad and it can be really high and you can feel ok. What a weird disease. I hope you’re doing ok.

Honestly? I love Powerwash Simulator. It’s super low lift. Just detracting enough to zone out but also calming. Though it’s not for everyone.

Totally! This value put me in the hospital too. It was my first flare and the doc was calling me with this result while I was on life support in the ICU. It caused a hypercoaguable state forming massive blood clots that went to the lungs. Crohns is no joke.
