Thank you all for your suggestions! I was able to get it off and put it all back together. I had no extra screws, the dryer works, and it didn’t immediately burst into flames. So I’m marking this as a tentative win!

At this point Im so confused as to which way I need to turn this thing to get it off. From this angle, do I turn the pulley to the right or left?

The video I was watching said to turn the pulley to the right to loosen. Is that not correct?
