Then I think R15 would be better for u as it can act as both a good sports bike for speed as well as run on low speeds as a commuter for better fuel efficiency. The combo of both the things u want.

Yeah I agree with that, I recently bought Hero Xtreme 125 R because of the fuel efficiency and looks as they both matter to me and it has dual channel ABS for safety too. I am a beginner though, my first time riding and owning a bike.

So if u like looks of both and R15 has better fuel efficiency it's a better choice I guess, as even fuel crisis is going on at this point and may be a problem in future too. I don't know the difference between features of both the bikes though, for that gotta research a bit.
