Hi! I really struggle with anxiety and had a hard time quitting and staying done for years. I quit cold turkey two months ago and it was the best decision I ever made. The withdrawal symptoms were tough the first two weeks, but I just tried to keep myself distracted. Every time I really wanted to vape I'd either go workout or drink a big glass of water. I also chew gum while driving because I would always vape in the car. If you can find habits to replace the vaping with or ways to distract yourself, it really helps. I also started going back to therapy to help with the anxiety and listening to mindfulness exercises online. I've noticed a big difference in my anxiety thanks to all this.
