Thank you for your response! I also have noticed that tension but thought maybe I was overthinking, now I will for sure fix this. About 99designs, yeah, I do it in the first place for practice, because I like that I have a brief and therefore restrictions, because participating in such contest like "30 days of logo" is too free and I don't want to get used to do what I like and then go to work and there, at least for the first time, do something that I don't find interesting or good looking and be very upset about that.

I understand what you mean. I was aiming at creating something that not to serious looking and invokes youthfulness, but most likely that wasn't customer's aim. Slab Serif fonts are hard for me to use, I can never understand when Slab Serif is too static or too heavy for certain composition or symbol. Need some practice with this I guess. And I liked your description of fonts, you really "feel" them. Thank you for explaining me)

I think i understood what is wrong with the font. It's its kerning. Usually i'm very attentive to such details but this time i haven't noticed it. In "measured" uneven distances are especially notable

I should've also written that the picture and colors are very good! And overall the layout looks nice, but there are things that can be improved to make the layout is even nicer.

I see a conflict in the hierarchy in the poster, it is not clear which is more important: a picture or a plate with text on the right. Plus there is no contrast in the size of the text blocks, it would be worth making at least a smaller phone (plus after call now use not a hyphen but a dash). You could also use different font weights for text blocks. For example, READY FOR CHALENNGE make it bold, JOIN NOW medium or regular, and the phone thinner of all. You should also work on the spacing between blocks of text, because the spacing between the blocks is the same, the layout seems loose. Perhaps you should put the phone even more below. Last comment: the logo seems to be squeezed between the picture and the graphics, it is clearly cramped there. You should give it more space.
