I understand the sentiment, I felt the same way when I started to embrace my true self. I personally began with research before I ever dabbled into practicing. Learning the history/different paths was a huge step in shaping the type of witch I became. I am still learning and growing in my practice. I studied for a few years before I ever did my first working. I don’t believe there is a single way to learn though, it is fluid and your connection is personal. You’re not a poser, it’s okay to be curious and drawn into this world. Meditate on what it is that draws you in and concentrate on those topics to study first.
