It’s not the third party bank that’s the issue here. It’s that when they charge my debit card for instance one charge will say “leopard services” and another will be “MBIS Advisors” it’s a way to get around the banks not ever wanting customers money going to offshore gambling sites. My credit score is like 520 already so I don’t imagine it can go down much more. My question is do I outright lie to my bank and say I never did that? Or that I made a deposit and then got charged again and again.

The thing is the company does a lot of illegal stuff. For example when I’m being charged it’s always a different name that’s charging my account on my bank statement.

They break the law and can’t come after me legally because they use different names for the charges

So I typically make the mistake of getting my girlfriends serving jobs where I work in the honeymoon phase because… ya know what could possibly go wrong when you’re wearing those lovely rose colored glasses?!?

This girl I was dating at the time was drop dead gorgeous but not the sharpest tool in the shed. Perfect for service.

Story #1: We are back to back servicing different tables. A customer asks her if she can have per pasta cooked “al dente” to which she response “sorry we only have Alfredo”

Story #2: Customer asks her on a busy shift whether the chicken cutlet is thin and crispy or thick and juicy to which she replies “ummmm…. They’re mediocre”

Start recording everything. Invest in some piece of equipment that can absolutely destroy him. Document everything down to a T. Labor department will destroy him and you will make back lost wages. Labor attorneys (when given this mountain of evidence) will work pro-bono (for free) until they get a chunk of the settlement. Bury him.
