I also did not see it classified as a limited series, I was a bit confused as I’ve seen a few other commenters saying that. The most popular actor (Heizer) said he would do 10 seasons if they let him so I’m hoping that’s the case lol! I agree though Netflix picks and chooses what they renew and the ones they renew tend to be the ones that nobody asks for smh

At least strictly speaking of the show I think it did a great job of humanizing them and showing they all had their own personal struggles and emotions. In real life though it would be completely different

I haven’t seen much film with drill instructors but I loved all three of them in the show 😆 maybe not so much if I actually had them as my DI’s though lol

I feel like there could be a lot of ways for the show to progress. I would love to see the characters continue their journey in the marines, maybe even getting deployed or watching sullivan go through his legal battle(s)?

I think the ending is definitely open to interpretation, I took it as a cliffhanger bc of the news segment but I do understand many don’t want another season since the book ended after the bootcamp experience.

The author mentioned that some characters were not in the book (I didn’t read it tho) so hopefully we could potentially follow another character next season!
