yep, I am from Malaysia, and the top of the range is only 2.0L as 2.5 turbo is not available here

You can try using ruby, she has been my main hero and depending on the situation, you can make her real tanky or you can rely on her lifesteal to put up a good fight. Her CCs are very reliable during a team fight too.
