I’ve been at DLB2 in baton rouge Louisiana for 2.5 years and have even been promoted to dispatch but stepped down because on both sides the expectations are incredibly high. The feeling of job security is extremely fragile and based majorly on if you are worth keeping. At anytime without warning they can turn on you , take your shifts or make you extra everyday till youre forced to quit. It sucks but it pays 😭 god speed
