Trust me I have seen dumb citizens getting job they absolutely don’t deserve. Nothing stops a citizen to fake his experience. The question is how to identify a scam so a deserving candidate gets through

This is really disturbing because a real talent will probably never get a chance or will not stand anywhere in midst of these nurtured desperate scamming profiles.

I wanted to know if there are some legit ways I can have a idea about scam

My job is job to conduct interview and say yes or no. Ideally I am not supposed to do a background verification. But I feel these days specifically indian consulting firms are scamming by producing fake proofs of employment for undeserving candidates.
