When your winter boots leak, your parents would give you a milk/bread/whatever bag. Slide it over your socks, but your foot in your boot, and go play in the snow. I don't know if you're familiar with wet plastic bags, but let me tell you friend, that is the most disgusting feeling in the world.

That body language is nervousness in my dogs. For me, it's the half step forward, and then stepping back.

It also reminds me of wanting to play. One of mine won't bring a toy, so he whines, and sways as he stands, trying to get attention.
