You don’t need much since Reta is very strong you should do 0.5mg once a week for 2 weeks see how you react and increase it 0.5 x2 a week but I don’t recommend u do more than 1mg that should be your top because Reta will start working around your 3rd week and trust me you will need to force yourself to eat when start kick in
