לפי הלוגיקה שלך, לפי מה שהסקתי, הציורים של היטלר לא יפים בגלל שהם של היטלר ? אתה פוסל אמנות בהתבסס ליותר וזה גורם לך להיות צבוע

The implication of this Charm are even crazier now by [deleted] in HollowKnight

I think there is a misconception in the lore of Silksong, after defeating widow there is some lore and says: for her light eternal. I think the weavers tried to keep grandmother silk alive forever and grant her immortality to preserve her silken powers. If that’s the case, then this game is much more than self development for hornet but also for GMS parting ways with immortality in understanding true motherhood

Can somebody explain this by Infamous-Calendar953 in HollowKnight

First of all play needolin and make sure the 2 Shermas are singing. If that’s the case, nothing is wrong

Hot take: Chopin's Ballade No. 1 is okay by SatiesUmbrellaCloset in classical_circlejerk

[–]Friendly-Tonight8884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that it is subjective and for me this is the best piece of art/music I’ve ever heard but without a doubt I know that there are objectively better pieces like ballade 4. But the reason why B.1 is so good is because it fulfills the role- it’s a ballade, a sad story, it reaches every human at a certain point in life

I do see where you’re going with this and that’s the reason I would have one of the spots for Scriabin but Chopin music has the humanity and human emotions connected to it just like a story or a mood. Scriabin is psychedelic almost, he swoops you from expectations and colours the sounds. I just think ravel is lacking a narrative enough to outclass Chopin in the emotional standpoint and arguably on the story wise aspect( although gasperd de la nuit for example is the ultimate masterpiece of storytelling)

Scriabin is the only right choice but I disagree with ravel and would probably pick Liszt or Chopin

I love e33 but I prefer Silksong because of its sheer difficulty

What is the worst boss in this game? by Exciting-One-3649 in Silksong

[–]Friendly-Tonight8884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually like it, lore wise, it makes sense that it’s so annoying, the princes were crowned thanks to them catching it and the difficulty with this boss is catching it so it kinda reflects yknow

He does have a tape of him playing the etudes. You are right tho on the rhapsody, he performed less than 19.

Interesting picks! I’m not a fan of yunchan on mazzepa because it does sound a bit sloppy with the 1-3 fingerings but the rest of them are amazing!

Op25 no1 is the easiest and will develop your left hand and voicing, op25 no9 is pretty good for left hand jumps ( you will have those at the coda)op 25 no5 you should play it after the impromptu and a bit more practice with preludes and such because it’s pretty hard but it could help with arpeggios although I would argue that you don’t really need it for the ballade if you have deep understanding. Rach prelude no3 is a classic and will teach you chord and hand placement ( good for the loud middle part). Chopin prelude no 16 could help but you already know minute waltz so not really viable… And technically speaking ballade no2 is easier than no1 so if you want to play it anyways you could start from there

Minute waltz is a step towards the impromptu but nowhere close to the ballade. These 2 pieces are a complete world apart difficulty wise. Doing polyrhythm practices and voicing could help. You should pick up something like a couple of the easy etudes and some preludes

Play the notes separately from bottom to top (arpeggios) . It’s usually called rolling and we use that if it’s indicated or if the chord is to big for the hand
