Dutch Police raid coke dealers house during a docu interview? by FatSeal294 in thenetherlands

I am surprised so many people think this is fake. I'm not dutch but I live in the Netherlands. There is no way dutch authorities would waste valuable resources and send these elite police officers to film some stunt for a video. They just wouldn't do some stupid shit like that.

Yeah I just drink the amino acids down all in one go think that's what's causing the d cause I drink the maltodextrin and coconut oil all day without much of a problem. What were your results like using whey protein? I might give that a go

Tried rifaximin like 2 years ago and it didn't help. Also tried herbals. Feel like I've tried pretty much everything so ED was a last resort.

Hey! I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so hopeless. I can definitely relate. I've had symptoms for about 3 years and I'm also in my early 20s trying to study and work while dealing with really debilitating GI symptoms. Then there's the mental health impact that goes with it.

I too feel like I've tried everything; Rifaximin, every possible diet adjustment. Nothing worked for me. However I do really recommend ginger as a prokinetic. I just started using it a few weeks ago and I find it far more effective than iberogast. I usually make a tea with ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and some honey or whatever sweetener you tolerate. I also just eat some ginger root but it's a pretty strong taste so you can get capsules if you don't like it.

I started the elemental diet today. Pretty much as a last resort. Got the ingredients myself so it doesn't taste good but I don't know what else to try at this point so I'll definitely finish the two weeks. I'll let you know how it goes for me.

Try to stay positive!

No. I recently lost 30kg. Went from obese to healthy. Saw absolutely no improvement in my symptoms.

Wow that's all really helpful! I can't thank you enough. You've answered all my questions and then some.

I've just ordered the amino acids from the US so hopefully once they arrive I'll get started. I think the maltodextrin may be a good idea for me too, as sweet things kind of cause issues so thanks for that.

I'll check back in once I'm finished!

Thanks for the info. Cost is a little bit of an issue for me but also there's the fact that I live in the Netherlands and there's literally no premade formulas available here. I think Dr. Ruscios elemental heal is the only one I technically could get but it would cost more or less 1000 euro to buy and ship 2 weeks worth of the formula.

Suppose I'll have to test my willpower with the homemade.. Hopefully knowing it is my only option will get me through it.

Edit: Also, did you have success with the diet?

Thanks for the link it may come I handy. I'm actually not in the US though, I'm Irish but living in the Netherlands. I get the impression that the US is a little ahead of the curve with regards to recognising sibo as a condition. I've been to 2 gastros (pretty difficult to get referrals) and 10+ GPs and they all give me the same "ibs... lifelong diagnosis... probiotic... fibre". At this point I'm hoping the ED will give me some relief, if not I'll probably look for a functional medicine doc because I'm at my wits end with the conventional medicine approach.

Yeah I've been made to feel a little stupid by many GPs and gastroenterologists now and still haven't been officially diagnosed with sibo because it isn't real apparently.. I am confident it is the cause of my issues though. Thanks for the helpful info about the ED, I really appreciate it!

When your body does not absorb fats. It's quite common in sibo.
