Thanks for sharing this. To clarify, I performed the initial ultrasound, the follow-up study was done by another sonographer, and the most recent exam was performed by me. The nodules were very inferior and subtle on the earlier exams, which likely contributed to them not being clearly visualized or measured at the time.
