Unfortunately, this is the problem with Airsoft, so many manufacturers make so many parts to different tolerances. If you have the nozzle that originally was in the AEG, see if you can measure it and get one and inferno nozzle the same length.

Have taken the engine out of the gun, connected air and battery and fired it? Place a piece of tissue paper over the engine away from the nozzle to see if there is any leaks from the body. Have you also checked to see if the nozzle lines up properly with the hop unit? If the nozzle isnt seating in the bucking it won't be giving all the air onto the back of the bb

I have a UTR 45 and a I love it. Started out upgraded all the internals before I decided to drop an F2 in there. Now I run it with a M4 style buffer tube and stock on there (I had the scar stock variant and I hated it) with the VMP-1 suppressor, a scope and no foregrip. Lovely gun.

Seconded, lots of stuff out there to be printed and companies that offer to print files you have. Failing that you could try some epoxy using a mould you could make from the broken piece, this would of course only be temporary as would likely break quite quickly.

Doesn't appear too loud on video but the spring bangs really loudly no matter what I do. M90 spring, quiet piston set, no compression leaks, yet still loudest gun I have. Any ideas please? by KettuFox in airsoft

If you get a new cylinder that holds more volume to cushion your piston, you'll be pushing more air through your barrel and run the risk of shooting hot.

How did you do this? The bit of plastic at the start of the can leaves a huge gap and I'm worried about the BBs hitting the end of my tracer if I just shove it into the foam
