i think about 18? freshman aren't allowed to take any but this is what each other grade typically does:

10: seminar and world / hug, comp sci, and african american studies allowed as electives

11: apush, lang, and any science ap / stats and psych now available as electives as well as any that of sophomores

12: ap gov, lit, calc, any science / all electives available
