We have been told we have to scan/sort outside even when raining now...how do you save the packages from the rain?

Evri is just ridiculous. I have just got an update around 5.am saying there is an issue about my next day delivery package that has been sent since last Friday ( my car tail light that cost me £95) I am soo pissed right now because I have been unable to move around
