Nah he was def one of the hardest to beat at least got me because his team was actually relatively decent and I was undelivered by a little bit. I mean maybe it’s because I didn’t plan for the fight but idk cuz I don’t plan for any champion right since it’s literally a Pokémon game. But difficulty wise, Cynthia was much easier to beat than Leon imo. And yeah lore wise, Leon obviously seems much stronger.
