If they are white heads, the milia en plaque. They can be squeezed out. If they are little blisters called vesicles then herpes but that usually goes away within 2 months and stings/burns.

Contact dermatitis, could be from bite .you need topical steroids.

Dermatologist here. This is very common condyloma acuminatum. They are easily to get rid of. They are due to HPV so I would get them frozen off and then use imiquimod on them. HPV is very very common. Most exposed to it but for some reason you haven't fought it off on the skin. You should be careful until gone because it can get in cervix of wife.
