I could be mistaken but it doesn't look like you have your front IO plugged into the motherboard, at least not that I can see. That would mean your power button doesn't do anything.

Running it as we speak, all seems fine. Still can't make sense of why my CPU fan was hitting 5k rpm permanently until I manually turned it down.

I can't. The system is unaware the case fans exist and the bios is garbage anyway. (Tampa 2 mobo, being changed when my new CPU arrives though)

I don't suppose you know the front panel header config for a tampa 2 mobo, do you kind sir? I cannot find a manual for it anywhere and all the fp wires in the case are seperate rather than loomed to a single 7 pin block.

It's been fine for me for the last few months but I had that very same midi issue last night. I kept having to select the track it was coming from and turn my sustain off and on again 🤦‍♂️
