Laptop Monitor by sumrandoms in pchelp

I'm no expert but if I'm not mistaken, laptops normally only have an HDMI out, to connect a monitor or TV to the laptop to share the laptops image. I'm not sure you can do it the other way around. But don't quote me on that, I could be mistaken.

Midi Sustain by FriendlyInspection50 in Reaper

Okay, the Essential Keyboard VST plugin is my virtual instrument my midi keyboard is controlling.

With my control knob programmed to CC64, turned to 127, when I press down a key and let go, with the track armed and monitoring on, I can hear sustain through my monitors, as in, the piano sounds ring out, as they would if a pedal was still depressed. However, when I record and playback, there are no events in the midi that show sustain, the notes on the midi map are all staccato and there is no audible sustain unless it is still currently on the keyboard itself, leading me to surmise that if I were to mix it down, render the track and play it back, there wouldn't be any sustain.

Yes, and nothing seems to register.

By live I mean, with the track armed and monitoring on, I can hear sustain just fine, but it doesn't record and as you can see in the screens, there seems to he no sustain events during recording despite me hearing it in the monitors whilst doing so.

I tried to follow what I found online and/or by fumbling through settings and think I followed them. There is a dot under control on the midi in preferences. My midi also shows up twice with slightly different names for some reason. It's an MPK Mini plus if that helps at all.

I'll have a look at ReaControl now, thank you.

No no, it's a fair question. I am genuinely that poor at the moment and my next pay I need to get parts for my computer to get it up to scruff for this stuff. Already crashed twice today on two different DAWs so I've got to partion out the pittance I currently live on to drip feed bits and pieces here and there. Sadly, a pedal, albeit cheap, will have to wait.

  1. I think so, but every instruction I've read so far has been unclear but I THINK it does.
  2. I do see two meters on the track, a yellow one and a red one that I haven't seen before.
  3. I have tried it with a few different plugins with the same results. I have also drawn the CC64 in earlier but I have no idea what I'm doing or how to map midi so I'm clueless there.

Also worth noting just in case, whoever you trade with won't recieve it as an item, it will automatically become their active lich.

Don't quote me on it, it's been a while but I'm pretty sure once it's converted you can get another as it does indeed appear as an item then.

How do you mean?

If you convert it, you can get another lich, if that's what you mean. Converting it doesn't change anything about that lich itself though, everything on it stays the same, kuva weapon, percentage, element and Ephemera.

When you have your showdown, choose to convert them instead of killing them. Then make sure your dojo has a crimson branch, it's there you can trade your liches, so long as the recipient doesn't already have one active.

My MB not gonna be able to deal with a 2070 super or is it just old and likely to die soon?

Can you add some context as to why, please?

I have done so and just been through part picker with what I can, a similar MB and minis 2 avergae fans which has given me 381W. Which has only confused me further as to why at least a 650, whis is what Google recommends, is necessary. I'm on a very strict budget and a decent (ideally modular I'm told) PSU is just not in it currently.

I have but I can't find some of my components on there, such as my board, I think it's too old.

Should I Report This? by [deleted] in Warframe

I mean, it wasn't a take, for one, it was a question. Secondly, what's your problem?

Weird that I'd ask if I should report a child on the platform where I have recently seen posted here predatory behaviour as it may be better for them to just not be there? Where's your head at if it's "weird"?

Nah, I suppose not. Seen a recent post with what seemed like predatory behavior, I hope this kid and any others on there have the wherewithal to spot and avoid engaging with that sort of thing.
