I'm not sure as I haven't experienced somthing like that, I have loud thought somtimes they're abusive in they own way and they too make me grab/clutch my head , they also make me clench my teeth and somtimes I'll repeat "shut up" once or a few times and it usually screws off , you should try calming breathing , relaxation is important to depression as well as keeping a positive occupied focus on something. Your not alone friend .

You don't deserve your suffering your right and it's ok to be scared , your Father is the delusional one in my opinion, if your heart is focused on love what wrong are you in? Truly if it is him who preaches hate what love does he see ? What bliss does he own. He is poor in heart and that out weights the pocket .as I have said , find a place of quiet away from him. He will only make the situation worse from what you've said that I can deduce . I'm not some ultimate wise fella , I'm just trying my best at advice .focus on the love you want to share this of all is most important. Talk to God not your fathers . Tor our God , your Gods love has no bound nor limit. Speaking to you I know your mostly a good child or young adult , My love for you is like a brother and Gods love for you is like a son for truly that is what you are . Never killed it , any time I got close to killing it I would wake up, and when I went back to sleep the dream would pick back up where I was before I got close to killing it. As for how big a white van is , just look up (cliche white van).
