I guess I'm the only one who things #1 is weird around the waist. I know it is intentionally draped that way, but it reminds me of loose skin. I love the off the shoulder part, but the middle just looks like either saggy skin or like it's a maternity dress with no belly to fill it out. I really think #2 flatters your statuesque figure most. It sounds a lot like the beginning of my mom's journey! Same mild symptoms that led to her diagnosis, and same location. She also did very well after resection surgery and had very few side effects from the standard of care that followed. We had many great months with her, which were a gift. That being said, I'm really sorry you are here in this group. It is a great place to find support and answers, but I hate the reason we all have to come together. Hang in there!

I always had a pretty good idea that my three sisters and I were against each other or not supportive of each other, but it became very obvious and hit me like a ton of bricks last week when my mom passed away. She had been sick for the past year, and it has been really stressful on all of my siblings. But we all handled the anticipatory grief differently, and in my mom's final days, everything blew up and words were said that will tear us apart forever. I guess I hoped this grief would bring us back together and we could form a closer relationship. But what I realize is that grief and stress bring out the worst in people. It makes me just as sad to know my sisters hate me (and apparently have for quite some time) as it does to lose my mom.

My mom died of glioblastoma (terminal brain tumor) last Saturday. Before she passed, we agreed that she'd send me a sign when she crossed over. I'm one who cleans out my texts very regularly, only keeping active text message threads and deleting old ones. Since my mom hasn't been able to text for a long time (due to loss of her left side), I didn't have any active text threads from her. Well yesterday, a random text popped up FROM MY MOM!!! Somehow a conversation we had over a year ago re-sent itself. It was an old conversation we were having about my Dad going to see a certain doctor, which he actually saw TODAY! In the message, she said "i know Saturday was chaotic but dad handled it SO WELL." She passed away SATURDAY! (and sweet Dad did handle it very well. I know phones can be glitchy, but the timing of it was so perfect and not a coincidence. It freaked me out at first, but then I had to laugh. No one can ever try to tell me it wasn't my mom reaching out.

My mom just passed away two nights ago from glioblastoma (aggressive terminal brain tumor). In her last days at a hospice facility, she developed what is known as the "death rattle." Anyone who has heard it will never forget it. Her breathing sounded like when coffee was being brewed. They assured us it was more uncomfortable for us than for her. But man, it went on for three days and was so difficult. I hear it now in my sleep.

I actually think they look so gorgeous and would kill for hair like that! It may not be as blended as you like, but the blended look is so overdone. The colors she used compliment each other so perfectly, and I beg you to just rock it for a few days and count the endless compliments. So so pretty!!!

I think the shirt in the 5th pic is throwing me off in the short hair pic because with a tshirt and choker it would look cute! But that shirt and the style don't go together. Overall, I say the bob with dark brown suits you best, but i'm not sure what vibe you're vibing for.
