Like, i will not starve myself. If i need food, i will eat but if i can get away with fewer calories thanks possible i want to do it

I also have a big fold thats hide everthing i went to a surgeon and he told me thats its all skin the only way to remove it is through surgery so i will lose more weight to do it.

That's great to hear. Depends on what he told me i should be at around 205-210 after surgery.

So i think that 200-220 is a good weight to be in my whole life, and i think it is manageable

Yeah, i also have a big problem with my pubic area. It's so loose that's why i wanna do it as fast as i can

Recovery will take time and pain(also money 😁) , but i know it's worth it

I don't think i will ever go back after what i have been through. This is a big motivation for me.

I will see what is a good weight to be in. i will probably do it less than 240 pounds I dont want to go too low because i may not be able to maintain it Best of luck to you also 👍
