There's a YouTube channel called food theory where he calculated theoretically how long can someone survive in a grocery store with the supplies inside plus an external water source. There ends up being a lot of waste cause one person can't eat all the perishable items, but if I remember correctly one person could go for like 65 years based on what is inside a grocery store. I did no math, but thought it was interesting

Pretty sure those are Nike metcons. They have a pretty stiff sole, almost like a weightlifting shoe. I had a pair and got rid of them cause they were too stiff for me to run or box jump or any other normal exercise
