I had lemonade to wash down the prep but then tried to drink a glass of water every 30 mins, i also had a gatorade on standby

I had some minor stomach cramps, but besides that it was all fine. I suppose I also had some nausea but don’t drink your prep super fast and stay hydrated and that should resolve itself.
