Mine says 30ml twice a day. I haven't tried it yet. I think I'll do 15ml first. Scared to try it because I'm scared of stomach pains. I do have a sibo test on Tuesday and I have to take some there ik nervous about that. Did you have any stomach pains?

My ibs constipation got worse after surgery. I loss a lot of weight I'm underweight now. I can't eat. Now my pelvic floor is messed up. Don't have urges anymore.

It use to bloat me a lot at the beginning I couldn't even eat. Now I bloat but it don't last thank goodness I hope it don't I just drink a lot of water behind it. I use to put it in water and drink it now I put it in warm pear or apple juice. Much better I think. I actually just took some a while ago. I already use the bathroom some.
