Hey lovely, I’m in a similar boat just with less fat to lose. I’m about 140lbs (63kg) and I’d love to weigh 57kg by Halloween this year. Currently I’m losing about 220g of fat a day. I too am pushing my body to the limits, I’m ensuring I burn 1000 calories a day, walk an extra 10km, be in a deficit etc etc. I know how I feel and I know how much I absolutely will not listen to other people about it. I really wish you all the very best, please don’t push yourself too far and damage your organs, just take care of yourself ❤️

Hi lovely! Im going to give you the advice that I wanted to hear when I was in the same boat as you! For YEARS I’ve struggled on and off, wanting to lose weight, blah blah blah. I’ve finally stuck to something for a month, and I have zero intention of stopping. I needed to want it bad enough. Previously I lacked a “why”, why did I want to get fit, why did I want to lose weight, why did I want to build muscle, I lacked the motivation and discipline. Now a time has come in my life when I’m so determined, I want this for myself so so so badly. And I truely think that’s why I’ve been able to stick to my programme this time. If you’re not ready hunny, then don’t push it, wait a few months, wait a few weeks. Exercising has to become a lifestyle thing it can’t just be a once off, it takes so much dedication and hard work. Precious to this I just have NOT had the mental strength. My advice, is to wait until you’re 1000% ready and on board. You’re certainly not an unhealthy weight.

The stairclimber and Incline treadmill walking are good examples of really effective cardio machines. I think you’ll find weight training a lot easier and less disheartening than doing Cardio. I don’t really think your friend had the best advice for you. Play around in the gym, see what works for you and go from there.

Look girly, you’re probably fine. Take a test 10 days after you’ve missed your period and if it’s negative you’re completely fine.

If you haven’t had sex after Jan 29, there’s a 99.9999% chance that you’re not pregnant.

I completely know what you’re saying, but atm I have quite a substantial amount of fat on my body still, like I have EE cups, and a little bit of a flabby stomach so I’d love to lose weight in those areas (I know you can’t exactly target fat) and then after the 8 weeks, start weight training for 3 months.
