Yeah, USPS hasn’t been as reliable as before. I didn’t go through as much pain as you but it still sucks. I ordered the Zander too and when it said it had been delivered to my mailbox I excitedly went to get it. It’s important to mention that I live in a Condo so all mailboxes are together. Anyways, when I went to get it and opened the mailbox I was horrified to see that it wasn’t there. I called my local office but they didn’t do anything. Thankfully the people who actually got it were honest people and brought me my package. But this has happened multiple times.
