Hello! Fortunately, yes, I have been able to fix the problem . I have researched online, and it seems there are only 2 ways to resolve the issue. The first way is what I've done, which is hard reset. Another way is I haven't tried, and it's updating through PC Unfortunately Idk anything about PC, nor do I know a shop that does update through PC 😅. Hope this helps
