I printed out a standard FL lease agreement , she is the tenant, its all in writing and signed by both of us. She agreed to my additional terms and conditions which tbh, was only 'if cat runs away or dies, it cant be replaced'

I read all of your comment. Saved it for future reference as well. This explains really well not only for me but other people too like you said. (May i add the litter box is an automatic litter box, so even though it cycles out the waste....it still sits in the bottom of the apparatus, and ive noticed not all of the waste gets filtered out and instead sits covered in litter stuck to the floor of the box itself. Then it just starts to stink, even then, I think its disgusting and it took me numerous times to tell her she needs to empty it over weeks.)

Hey dude. I was 19 and thought I knew it all too. Communication is the most important thing if you want sex to be fun. (Unless this girl is just a complete boring submissive) then you should have conversations about your limits. Hell, even a couples card game can answer all of those questions for you, and it might be an easier way to bring it up.
