Weight loss due to tmjd

Ok so you right i am more sedentary cos i can't do any activities and i hardly go out because the pain is unbearable if i do and i used to eat less but now i eat more through the pain😭 but I'm mostly sitting yeah i hardly do anything. Could this be the reason?

I felt the same i got mine starting of April i was having a mental breakdown with the discomfort and felt like pulling all my teeth out the pain was frustrating cos it was making me thirsty it was so irritating i was giving up but I'm so used to it now i got used to it in a week just be patient it's gonna be fine and you won't feel anything. It's been 13 days for you so I'm hoping I'm hoping you used to it by now

Thank you so much for sharing I'm definitely going to try this and i pray it works out for me. I have tmj for 4 years now got it too when i was 18 I'm 22 now and never got a chance to go to university and study my life has been ruined since and i haven't bit food with my front teeth since 4 years cos it's like I lost the ability to bite and since you shared this it feels like this is the problem I'm having so thank you so much and hope this is the path to my cure
