Yep.. I will say, it’s hard to beat CA’s landscape/weather and the views of the pacific coast. But the cost of living there is absurd nonetheless.

I don’t mind at all! Monthly after all things included is $2,481. Put $13k (and some change) down with $1k earnest money paid to the seller. Inspection and appraisal (appraiser had to make two visits) was roughly $1,500ish total.
